Dear Colleagues,
Recently, the world has encountered a massive challenge and threat caused by environmental degradation. Within encountering threats, environmental degradations have induced permanent deteriorating factors affecting natural resources, the nourishment, the rivers, seas, the flora, and the animals have been in danger. Many organizations have concentrated on the environment, climate change, and sustainability issues within this respect. However, in terms of the same purpose, various universities worldwide have endeavored to specialize in the environmental fields. Within the same context, Artvin Çoruh University is also a specific university specializing in medical and aromatic plants. Regarding the specialization, many projects, research institutions, and scientific activities have been organized to provide insightful information about ecology, agriculture, the economy, and sustainability. Considering the core purpose of the Artvin Çoruh University, The Faculty of Hopa Economics and Administrative Science of Artvin Çoruh University organizes "Artvin Çoruh University the International Congress on Ecology, Economy and Regional Development" (ECOSUS 2022) on "Current Issues in Ecology, Economy and Regional Development from the Local to The Global" held at Artvin Çoruh University, Artvin-Hopa, Turkey, on 9-11 June. The Conference program contains plenary sessions, panels, and presentations of contributed papers.
The Congress is available to all theoretical and empirical research in economics. The conference aspires to bring together scholars from all over the world to exchange ideas, debate recent results within theoretical and applied economics research, and create a research network for future collaborations. We are pleased to invite you to the Artvin Coruh University International Congress of Ecology, Economy, and Regional Development (ECOSUS 2022).
The conference is planned to be in person. There is no submission fee for our congress.
Abstract Submission
An abstract should be not less/more than 150/200 words in English or Turkish and submitted before 20.05.2022. Abstracts should include keywords together with the research's 2-3 JEL codes. Authors will receive a notification by e-mail about acceptance/rejection of their submission by 25.05.2022.
The Congress has organized the three themes based on Ecology, Economy, and Regional Development. Although Some of the topics related to the three considered themes are presented as follows below, we are open to any relevant work based on the considered themes.
